The aim of The Blessed Summit is to introduce our guest to three key concepts:

Discipline in Eebadaat (worship) in order to purify oneself. |

Fikr (Contemplation) upon the creation of Allah and its purpose. |
In order to maximise benefit from The Blessed Summit we encourage the saalik (seeker) to:

Develop a sincere intention to seek spiritual enlightenment. |

Discipline oneself to establish all five prayers (salah) on time with the Jama'a over the weekend. |
3 |
Spend time in reflecting on one's life and aspirations and deciding on realistic goals for your spiritual development over the next year. |
4 |
Recite Qur'an and wazaif (extract from the Glorious Qur'an) where possible. |
5 |
Engage in Dhikr Remembrance of Allah and his Beloved Prophet pbuh. Leave the stresses of the world and your business behind you. |

Engage in Qiyam al Layl Night prayer. |
7 |
Partake in the lectures and workshops scheduled. Take notes and ask questions if you are unsure about what has been said. |

Enjoy the food served at the Summit. |

Take a stroll around the serene and beautiful gardens of Hijaz College and capture the vision of the founding personality (ra). |

Spend time sitting with the Blessed Guides and address any milestones in you practice of Islam and your spiritual progression. |

Visit the Meezar e shareef of Munazire e Islam, Shaykh Allama Abdul Wahab Siddiqi (ra) and recite Surah Fatiha and Durood (Salutations upon the prophet pbuh). |

Respect the grounds of Hijaz College as a guest. Please do not throw litter. |

Behave in a moral and upright manner. Please do not behave in an abusive manner. Any abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and individuals found to be behaving in such a manner will be kindly asked to leave. |

Be courteous and patient with everyone around you. |

Be patient with the younger guests at The Blessed Summit. |

Join in the final collective sincere dua (prayer) to Allah for yourself and all those around you including Hijaz College, HCT and the entire Muslim Ummah. |
